Pipe Yard Associate

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy motorized material handling equipment in a safe manner
• Accurately pull and prepare orders for shipment
• Receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming material
• Coordinate the removal and replacement of worn components
• Effectively put items away and receive them using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Requirements

• Background in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory
• General computer skills for basic data entry
• Ability to work outdoors and be exposed to all weather conditions and temperatures
• Ability to carry objects up to 50 lbs by hand and 50 lbs or more using equipment
• Must pass pre-employment drug and background screening

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift operator experience
• Existing product knowledge or the ability to learn new products quickly
