PIP Med/Pay Claims Associate

Responsibilities

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for advanced automobile accidents
• Determine coverage, liability, and damages for claims within assigned authority
• Review, evaluate, and negotiate basic to moderate injury claims
• Identify vehicle body parts and assess potential property damage
• Determine subrogation or fraud potential and execute appropriate handling
• Identify and meet customer needs using professional service skills
• Manage case files with discretion and independence

Requirements

• Experience in auto claims investigation and Florida claims support
• Strong understanding of insurance policy coverage and liability analysis
• Proficiency in medical terminology for injury claim evaluation
• Demonstrated skills in claims negotiation and case management
• Ability to work in a high-volume, results-driven environment
• Strong communication and time management skills
