Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and optimize logistics flows for second-hand products and old collections
• Analyze stock levels and build dashboards for activity monitoring
• Design and improve management tools using advanced Excel and databases
• Manage stock replenishment for stores based on warehouse availability
• Oversee product end-of-life solutions and redistribution processes
• Collaborate with logistics and transport teams to co-construct treatment and transfer processes
• Participate in the construction of the forecasting plan for old collections
• Coordinate operations between logistics and clients within contractual conditions

Requirements

• Higher education in logistics, supply chain, or industrial management
• 1 to 3 years of experience in flow management or logistics
• Experience in reuse or circular economy sectors is ideal
• Proficiency in office tools (Excel) and stock management software
• Strong analytical skills and sense of initiative
• Adaptability and entrepreneurial spirit
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
