About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate beverage processing equipment to run formulations
- Maintain proper stock of prepared packaging materials
- Troubleshoot and repair damaged components
- Ensure products are properly packaged and labeled
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines, including cleaning and organizing work areas
- Participate in Root Cause Analysis and Process Improvement projects
Requirements
- High school degree or GED equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs consistently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to observe details at close range
- Physical ability to move about the plant, bend, kneel, and work at heights
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift certification
- Previous Food and Beverage manufacturing experience
- Mechanical background with familiarity with valves, pumps, seals, and thermocouples
