Pilot Plant Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate beverage processing equipment to run formulations
• Maintain proper stock of prepared packaging materials
• Troubleshoot and repair damaged components
• Ensure products are properly packaged and labeled
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines, including cleaning and organizing work areas
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis and Process Improvement projects

Requirements

• High school degree or GED equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs consistently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to observe details at close range
• Physical ability to move about the plant, bend, kneel, and work at heights

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification
• Previous Food and Beverage manufacturing experience
• Mechanical background with familiarity with valves, pumps, seals, and thermocouples
