About the role
Responsibilities
- Function as the pilot-in-command for assigned aircraft, ensuring the safety of passengers, crew, and aircraft.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and FAA procedures for flight and ground operations.
- Supervise flight crew and collaborate across departments to support mission goals and operational excellence.
- Execute flight planning, including weather analysis, fuel planning, and international customs requirements.
- Perform risk assessments and employ threat and error management to maintain high safety standards.
- Provide professional executive support to VIP passengers, maintaining high levels of discretion and service.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Valid First-Class Medical Certificate.
- Standard Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (Non-Restricted).
- Ability to receive an FAA Type Rating in the assigned aircraft within 3 months of hire.
- Ability to work legally in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Ability to relocate within 3 hours of Freeland, MI (KMBS) within 3 months of hire.
- Availability to work weekdays, nights, weekends, holidays, and for extended periods away from home.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher education.
- 2,500+ total flight hours, including 1,000+ multi-engine turbine or jet hours.
- 500+ flight hours of Pilot in Command (PIC) experience.
- Previous experience with G650 and/or Falcon 2000 EASy aircraft.
- Previous Corporate (Part 91) experience with international flight operations.
