Pilot, Captain

Responsibilities

• Conduct production ground and flight tests to validate aircraft airworthiness
• Perform demonstration flights for potential customers and customer acceptance flights
• Execute ferry flights and carry out all necessary pre and post-flight activities
• Support the Bombardier Flight Test Center and perform manual documentation reviews
• Manage stressful situations and maintain a positive, cooperative relationship with crew and management
• Perform secondary duties to support the flight operations team as required

Requirements

• Valid Canadian ATPL and a Class 1 medical certificate
• Minimum of 3,500 total flight hours with 500 PIC hours on large multi-engine aircraft
• Legal right to work and live in Canada
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Ability to work irregular hours, weekends, and travel on short notice
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• BD700 and/or G7500 endorsements
• Previous flight test experience or a strong technical background in certification or training
• US ATP license
