Responsibilities
- Deliver Pilates classes including private and group sessions
- Assess client fitness levels and tailor programs accordingly
- Ensure correct technique and safe execution of exercises
- Track client progress and provide feedback and motivation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional studio environment
- Create a positive and energetic training atmosphere
Requirements
- Based in Riyadh
- Certified Pilates Instructor
- Experience in Pilates training
- Solid knowledge of Pilates principles and techniques
- Good communication skills
- Positive and motivating personality
