Pilates (Mat) Instructor

Responsibilities

• Customize Pilates programs for a group setting at a corporate ranch in Van Alstyne
• Demonstrate each exercise and ensure clients perform movements correctly with or without modifications
• Maintain client session appointments through Mindbody software
• Lead safe, effective, energetic, and motivational Pilates classes
• Maintain punctuality and reliability

Requirements

• Pilates Certification
• CPR/AED Certification
• Strong verbal and technical communication skills
• Expertise in a variety of Pilates exercises
• Ability to effectively demonstrate all movements
• Reliable form of transportation
