Responsibilities

• Teach 10-15 classes per week ensuring high energy and effectiveness
• Mentor and support Pilates instructors through coaching, feedback, and evaluations
• Assist in onboarding and training new Pilates instructors to meet brand standards
• Conduct regular team workshops and technique refinement sessions
• Ensure Pilates programming aligns with Rstudios' core values
• Support scheduling, class planning, and programming variety
• Work closely with the Director of Programming for seamless modality integration

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience teaching Pilates mat classes
• Pilates certification (Mat certification preferred)
• Ability to innovate new classes and teach with music as a core focus
• Proven leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience in a fitness setting
• Strong ability to cue, correct, and inspire clients of all levels
• Availability for morning, daytime, evening, and weekend classes
