Pilates Instructor

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver safe, professional, and comprehensive Pilates training programs for private, duet, and semi-private sessions
• Conduct initial client assessments and goal setting to recommend appropriate training programs
• Collaborate with the Pilates Manager to build and manage a book of business
• Complete all administrative requirements related to client management
• Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests
• Maintain studio cleanliness and equipment standards
• Participate in ongoing professional training and development

Requirements

• Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training certification covering all apparatus (mat, reformer, cadillac/trapeze, wunda chair, high/combo chair, and barrels)
• Minimum of 400 hours of Pilates education completed through a certification program
• Ability to provide a valid copy of Pilates certifications
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Physical ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, reach, and safely spot/correct clients during sessions
