Pilates Instructor

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional, and comprehensive Pilates training programs tailored to individual client goals
• Conduct initial client assessments and goal-setting sessions to recommend appropriate programming
• Instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions in a high-energy studio environment
• Collaborate with the Pilates Manager to build and manage a successful book of business
• Complete all administrative requirements related to client management and scheduling
• Maintain studio cleanliness and ensure all equipment is well-maintained
• Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests to ensure a well-rounded experience

Requirements

• Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training certification or successful completion of a certification program
• Minimum of 400 hours of Pilates education completed through a recognized program
• Proficiency in using all Pilates apparatus, including mat, reformer, cadillac/trapeze, wunda chair, and barrels
• Ability to provide a valid copy of Pilates certifications upon application
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Physical ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, and safely spot/correct clients during sessions
