Pilates Instructor

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional, and comprehensive Pilates training programs tailored to individual client goals
• Conduct initial client assessments and goal-setting sessions to recommend appropriate programming
• Instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions using various Pilates apparatus
• Partner with the Pilates Manager to build and manage a successful book of business
• Complete all administrative requirements related to client management and scheduling
• Collaborate with other club departments to ensure a seamless member experience
• Maintain studio cleanliness and ensure all equipment is well-maintained
• Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests

Requirements

• Completion of a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program or certification on all apparatus (mat, reformer, cadillac/trapeze, wunda chair, high/combo chair, and barrels)
• Minimum of 400 hours of Pilates education completed through a certification program
• Ability to provide a valid copy of Pilates certifications
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Physical ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, reach, and safely spot/correct clients during sessions
