Pilates Instructor

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional, and comprehensive Pilates training programs tailored to individual client goals.
• Conduct initial client assessments and goal-setting sessions to recommend appropriate programming.
• Instruct private, duet, and semi-private Pilates sessions.
• Collaborate with the Pilates Manager to build and manage a successful book of business.
• Complete all administrative requirements related to client management and scheduling.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and ensure all equipment is well-maintained.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests to ensure a premium experience.

Requirements

• Completion of a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program.
• Certification on all Pilates apparatus, including mat, reformer, cadillac/trapeze, wunda chair, high/combo chair, and barrels.
• Minimum of 400 hours of Pilates education completed through a certification program.
• Ability to provide valid copies of all Pilates certifications.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, reach, and safely spot/correct clients during sessions.
