Pigment Network Planner

Responsibilities

• Develop 13-week global supply plans to optimize capacity, lead times, and cost
• Oversee inventory policies, safety stock levels, and redistribution strategies
• Validate and release weekly Master Production Scheduling (MPS)
• Manage network deployment and multi-site constraints
• Prepare scenario packages and decision sheets for network meetings
• Lead pigment deployment readiness for new product introductions (NPI)
• Provide product availability visibility to Sales and Customer Service
• Leverage ERP/MRP systems like SAP S4 and Power BI for analytics

Requirements

• Ability to manage complexity across global networks
• Structured problem solving and strong analytical capability
• Agility in responding to disruptions and changing priorities
• Clear, proactive communication across regions and functions
• Collaborative mindset and ability to influence stakeholders
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP S4, PP/DS preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
