Picking Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage picking groups to ensure order assembly meets fulfillment goals and CEDIS fill rate targets.
• Coordinate the execution of picking waves to maximize product allocation for store groups.
• Verify product availability in picking locations to maintain reliable inventory levels.
• Oversee the implementation of FIFO/PEPS systems to ensure proper inventory rotation.
• Ensure the correct assembly of boxes and bundles, including proper labeling and security seals, to prevent delivery discrepancies.
• Maintain order and cleanliness within assigned zones to prevent workplace risks and optimize resource use.
• Manage the safeguarding of merchandise based on classification and brand policies to maintain product quality.
• Execute and complete WMS processes to ensure accurate inventory exit registration.

Requirements

• High school diploma completed (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control, personnel management, or perishables management.
• Previous experience as a warehouse worker or supervisor in grocery or similar industries.
• Strong knowledge of FIFO/PEPS systems.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
