Picking Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist with picking orders in accordance with location and SLA
• Plan and prioritize picking activities to meet fulfillment targets
• Assign picking tasks to team members and monitor progress
• Lead, train, and motivate the picking team
• Communicate operational status, safety, and staffing issues to management
• Inspect stock for damages and maintain records
• Assist with housekeeping and organization of the work area
• Provide coaching to staff on productivity improvements

Requirements

• One to two years of related warehouse experience
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Basic English proficiency
• Ability to perform basic math functions
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Physical ability to lift 10-30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Ability to climb ladders and perform repetitive tasks
