Picking

Responsibilities

• Perform voice-directed picking of products in a warehouse environment using a voice system
• Move carts through product aisles and pick correct products and quantities from bins
• Verify product accuracy during the picking process and package small items for identification
• Maintain daily individual production records and report task timing to supervisors
• Return completed carts to the staging area and dispose of empty packaging to maintain a clean workspace
• Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures

Requirements

• Strong reading, writing, and math skills
• Proficiency with computers and basic technology
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and differentiate products by size, color, or vendor code
• Ability to work under stress and handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, or comparable work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in basic warehousing operations
