Picking Driver

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a cherry picker (order picker lift) to access inventory up to 30 feet
• Utilize RF scanning devices to ensure order accuracy and efficiency
• Execute accurate and timely order picking based on pick lists
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report malfunctions
• Meet and exceed Unit Per Hour (UPH) productivity targets
• Maintain an organized and clean picking area

Requirements

• Proven experience as an order picker or in a warehouse position
• Experience or license in handling order pickers, forklifts, or pallet jacks
• Experience using RF devices
• Ability to perform basic math functions
• Comfort working at heights up to 30 feet
• Ability to lift 10-30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
