Picker/Packer

Responsibilities

• Package and ship products to stores, salons, or directly to customers
• Perform picking, packing, and handling tasks to ensure timely product movement
• Manage special projects, including breaking down product deal packages and processing returns
• Inspect returned products for piece count and damage against accompanying paperwork
• Maintain a safe work environment by reporting hazards and following housekeeping standards
• Meet productivity standards related to assigned warehouse tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift 10 to 55 pounds repetitively
• Ability to stand and walk for 6 to 12 hours per day
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a distribution or warehouse environment
