Picker/Packer

Responsibilities

• Package and ship products to stores, salons, or directly to customers
• Perform picking, packing, and sorting tasks within various warehouse lanes
• Execute special projects, including breaking down product deal packages
• Process returns by inspecting products for piece count and damage
• Maintain a safe work environment and report any potential hazards or property damage
• Meet productivity standards and maintain accurate work areas to ensure customer service

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift 10 to 55 pounds repetitively
• Ability to stand and walk for 6 to 12 hours per day
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a distribution or warehouse environment
