Picker/Packer

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders from primary product locations using a voice-directed system
• Move carts through product aisles to collect correct products and quantities
• Verify product accuracy during both the picking and packing processes
• Pack orders into appropriately sized boxes or envelopes to prevent damage during transit
• Secure fragile items using bubble wrap and ensure liquids are properly bagged and upright
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace by disposing of empty boxes and packaging
• Report any product selection errors or quality issues to the appropriate team member

Requirements

• Strong reading, writing, and math skills
• Proficiency with computer systems
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and differentiate between similar products
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, or comparable work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in basic warehousing operations
