Picker/Packer

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders from primary product locations using a voice-directed system
• Move carts through product aisles and place correct products and quantities into the cart
• Verify product accuracy during both the picking and packing processes
• Pack customer orders into appropriately sized boxes or envelopes to prevent damage during delivery
• Use bubble wrap for glass items and secure liquids in bags to ensure quality shipment
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace by disposing of empty boxes and packaging appropriately
• Report any errors in product selection or quality to the appropriate team member

Requirements

• Good reading, writing, math, and computer skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and differentiate between similar products
• Strong attention to detail and accountability for accuracy
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, or comparable work experience
• Basic knowledge of warehousing operations is preferred
