About the role
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products from stock according to order sheets
- Pack orders securely and correctly, ensuring products are protected and labelled properly
- Prepare goods for dispatch, including palletising, wrapping, and loading
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dispatch and storage areas
- Conduct quality and quantity checks before dispatch
- Fill in traceability sheets accurately
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory counts when required
- Follow health and safety procedures
- Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the Dispatch/Warehouse Manager
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse, dispatch, or logistics environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
