Pick Pack Attendant

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the shipping, receiving, and storing of materials to meet production and sales demands
• Read work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine items to be moved or distributed
• Assemble customer orders from stock and prepare items for mailing
• Mark materials with appropriate identifying information according to Standard Operating Procedures
• Record amounts of materials received or distributed for inventory control
• Maintain all shipping and receiving paperwork
• Assist in physical inventory counts as needed
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in a warehouse or office capacity preferred
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to key in data and operate a keyboard
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Proficiency in English (speaking, writing, and reading) for interpreting safety rules and manuals
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive hand movements
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends as workload demands
