Piano Instructor

Responsibilities

• Teach private piano lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels
• Collaborate with Piano Department Chairs to support student growth and family communication
• Prepare students for recitals and complete semester progress reports for K-12 students
• Participate in the annual fall faculty meeting and Open House
• Explore opportunities to contribute to community initiatives and summer programs

Requirements

• Master's degree in performance, pedagogy, or equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrated success teaching piano students of diverse ages and abilities
• Ability to teach across multiple musical styles (classical, jazz, rock, or contemporary)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, families, and colleagues
