PI Engineering Jr.

Responsibilities

• Industrialize new products and technologies within the production environment
• Act as the primary interface between Research & Development (R&D) and the manufacturing plant
• Ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining required quality standards
• Guarantee that industrialization is aligned with product requirements and processability
• Evaluate plant readiness for future R&D requirements regarding investment and capability
• Manage the introduction, development, and maintenance of product specification systems
• Lead interdisciplinary projects related to industrialization and continuous improvement
• Promote teamwork and efficient task distribution within business teams

Requirements

• Engineering degree
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Knowledge of Production, Quality Management (QM), Process Engineering (PE), or Process Industrialization (PI)
• Proficiency in problem-solving tools
• Strong data analysis skills
• Result-oriented mindset
