Physiotherapy Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously develop a team of physiotherapists
• Supervise, accompany, and treat patients
• Plan team resources for optimal and effective patient treatment
• Provide professional support and ensure professional development and qualification for the team
• Collaborate closely with other team leaders and interdisciplinary teams
• Manage documentation and reporting within the framework of rehabilitation

Requirements

• Completed training as a physiotherapist or a degree in physiotherapy with a professional license
• Several years of professional experience in physiotherapy, preferably with leadership experience
• Interest in working with patients in geriatrics and neurology, preferably with Parkinson's disease patients
• Excellent specialist knowledge and sound knowledge of current physiotherapeutic concepts and treatment methods
• Outstanding communication skills and team leadership competencies
• Organizational talent and the ability to set priorities with an independent and structured way of working
