About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and accompany practical instruction in our facilities
- Further develop the onboarding concept
- Design training and onboarding processes with full creative freedom
- Work closely with locations, the school, and the Contilia Academy
- Lead instruction at our cooperation school to support physiotherapists through the recognition process
Requirements
- Completed training or degree in physiotherapy
- Several years of experience working as a physiotherapist
- Intercultural competence and enjoyment working with people from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills, empathy, and communication abilities
