Physiotherapist/Instructor

Responsibilities

• Plan individual therapy programs
• Motivate patients to strengthen physical resources and improve quality of life
• Implement creative and dynamic movement offers
• Coordinate goals within an interdisciplinary team and develop tailored therapy plans
• Document progress, evaluate effects, and adjust measures
• Provide practical instruction for physiotherapists in the recognition process
• Support professional integration and guide candidates through daily professional life in Germany
• Promote technical, linguistic, and social competencies of participants
• Contribute to the further development of the recognition program

Requirements

• Completed training as a physiotherapist
• Strong sense of responsibility and social competence
• Ability to work in a team and flexibility in interdisciplinary collaboration
• German language proficiency (minimum C1 level)
• Organizational skills, empathy, and strong communication skills
• Experience in inpatient or outpatient settings (desirable)
• Experience in instructing trainees or recognition candidates (desirable)
• Ability to work independently
