Physiotherapist/Chiropractor

Responsibilities

• Empower and support clients through recovery using hands-on knowledge and skills
• Treat orthopedic disorders and chronic pain
• Manage rehabilitation and return to work for injured workers
• Collaborate with clients and treatment teams to reach functional potential
• Perform cross-functional and cross-site duties as assigned
• Provide group education sessions and lead small group learning
• Complete detailed insurance reporting and case management

Requirements

• Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (for Physiotherapists) OR registered with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (for Chiropractors)
• Doctor of Chiropractic Degree (for Chiropractors)
• Experience in treating work-related injuries, MVA, or third-party healthcare systems preferred
• Strong evidence-based, rehabilitation orientation
• Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest or experience in hand therapy
• WorkWell certification
• Experience with report writing and case management
• Experience with third-party/referral services
