Physiotherapist/Chiropractor

Responsibilities

• Treat clients with orthopedic disorders, chronic pain, and work-related injuries
• Facilitate rehabilitation and return-to-work planning for injured workers
• Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary treatment teams to reach functional potential
• Perform detailed insurance reporting and maintain strict confidentiality
• Provide group education sessions and lead small group learning as required
• Execute cross-functional and cross-site duties as assigned

Requirements

• Registered Physiotherapist (College of Physiotherapists of Ontario) OR Doctor of Chiropractic (College of Chiropractors of Ontario)
• Minimum 1 year of experience treating work-related injuries, MVA, or within the third-party healthcare system
• Strong Functional Abilities Evaluation (FAE) and Return to Work planning skills
• Evidence-based rehabilitation orientation
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hand therapy
• WorkWell certification
• Experience with clinical report writing and case management
• Experience communicating with third-party or referral services
