Physiotherapist

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care including consultation, assessment, and treatment planning
• Implement and evaluate client-specific treatment programs
• Deliver education to clients and staff
• Support Nephrology patient populations in both in-patient and out-patient settings

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Science (Physiotherapy) or recognized equivalent
• Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Minimum one year of related experience
• Essential experience in an acute care hospital environment
• Experience with oxygen titration and suctioning
• Ability to perform physical demands of the job

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Nephrology patient population
• Membership in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association
• Experience in critical care, surgical, GIM, oncology, or cardiac patient assessment
