Physiotherapist

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and define therapy goals
• Create individual therapy plans
• Implement early mobilization, respiratory therapy, and positioning concepts
• Lead gait training, strength/coordination training, and ADL exercises
• Apply neurological concepts such as Bobath/PNF and spasticity management in the Stroke Unit
• Perform digital documentation and coordinate handovers
• Advise on medical aids

Requirements

• Completed training as a Physiotherapist (m/f/d)
• Strong sense of responsibility and social competence
• Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
• Patient-oriented communication skills
• Willingness to work on weekends
• Experience in acute care, orthopedics, or neurology is a plus
