About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide physiotherapy services within the Community Learning Disabilities Team (CLDT)
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Support patients with neurological, MSK, and respiratory-based needs within a learning disability context
Requirements
- HCPC registration
- Minimum 24 months of recent physiotherapy experience
- Experience working with a community learning disability population
- Valid driver's license and access to a car
- Ability to work 3 days per week
