Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver physiotherapy interventions for patients with complex needs
• Ensure evidence-based practice and patient-centred care
• Provide clinical leadership and support service improvement initiatives
• Supervise junior staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with professional standards

Requirements

• HCPC registration
• Degree in Physiotherapy
• Significant post-registration experience, ideally at Band 7 level
• Strong clinical reasoning and leadership skills
• Experience managing complex caseloads and mentoring junior staff
• Excellent communication and team-working abilities
