Physiotherapist

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement physiotherapy interventions tailored to the needs of patients in critical care
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding rehabilitation and recovery
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with departmental and legal requirements
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to patient management
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to service development initiatives

Requirements

• Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
• Proven experience in ITU/Critical Care settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent assessment and clinical reasoning skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
