Physiotherapist

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients requiring ward-based rehabilitation and assessment for discharge planning
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary therapy team including rehab technicians and occupational therapists
• Implement proactive discharge planning and robust treatment plans
• Work independently and at pace to ensure effective patient care

Requirements

• HCPC registration
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting related to the therapy field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and at pace

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with community-based pathways
• Previous NHS experience
