Physiotherapist

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and plan physiotherapy interventions for patients with acute medical, neurology, respiratory, trauma, frailty, and cognitive impairments
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Manage complex case management and discharge planning
• Supervise junior staff and students
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Provide education and support to patients and caregivers
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings

Requirements

• HCPC registered Physiotherapist
• Experience in acute medical, neurology, respiratory, trauma, frailty, and cognitive impairments
• Strong skills in complex case management and discharge planning
• Experience in supervising juniors and students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using relevant software and equipment
