Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients with vascular and amputee conditions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate patient records and monitor progress
• Adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal results

Requirements

• Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
• HCPC registration
• Previous experience in vascular and amputee rehabilitation
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
