Physiotherapist

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients requiring ward-based rehabilitation and assessment for discharge planning
• Work independently and at pace to ensure proactive discharge planning
• Implement robust and effective treatment plans
• Collaborate within a therapy team including rehab technicians and occupational therapists

Requirements

• HCPC registration
• Relevant qualification in Physiotherapy
• Experience working within a rehab facility
• Experience with community-based pathways is desirable
