Responsibilities

• Assess the physical needs of individuals with learning disabilities
• Develop and implement personalised treatment plans
• Deliver physiotherapy interventions in a variety of settings
• Provide advice and training to carers and support staff
• Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
• Maintain accurate clinical records in line with professional standards

Requirements

• HCPC registration
• Degree in Physiotherapy
• Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Commitment to person-centred care
