Physiotherapist

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist level clinical skill in elderly care physiotherapy
• Manage a clinical caseload of elderly patients
• Prioritise workload to ensure effective service provision
• Use clinical assessments, interviews, and observational skills to determine patient needs
• Set goals and plan interventions for elderly patients
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams in community and frailty settings

Requirements

• Extensive experience in elderly care, community, and frailty physiotherapy
• HCPC registration
• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or a related field
• NHS or hospital experience is highly advantageous
