Physiotherapist

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with complex trauma orthopaedic conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
• Provide specialized care for patients with spinal cord injuries
• Manage the respiratory needs of in-patients, ensuring optimal respiratory function
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective discharge planning
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and rehabilitation processes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Participate in continuous professional development and training activities

Requirements

• HCPC registration
• Right to work in the UK
• Degree in Physiotherapy
• Extensive experience in assessment and treatment of complex trauma orthopaedic patients
• Proven experience in complex discharge planning
• Experience working with spinal cord injured patients
• Proficiency in respiratory management of in-patients
