Physiotherapist

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to elderly patients within acute care settings
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective treatment plans
• Manage complex cases and facilitate safe, effective discharge processes
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient records and monitor progress in accordance with NHS guidelines

Requirements

• HCPC registration
• Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
• Significant experience in elderly acute care settings
• Expertise in complex discharge planning
• Right to work in the UK
• Strong communication and organizational skills
