Physiotherapist

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients in their homes within the community
• Manage a diverse caseload, excluding stroke patients
• Provide personalized rehabilitation plans
• Pick up approximately four new patients per week
• Schedule follow-up appointments
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of 60 staff members

Requirements

• Community rehabilitation experience or transferable skills
• Ability to travel within the community (max 20 minutes travel time)
• Relevant professional qualifications and registration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
