Physiotherapist

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients with neurological conditions to identify rehabilitation needs
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Facilitate recovery and enhance functional independence in clinic and community settings
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding rehabilitation and self-management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with professional standards

Requirements

• HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
• Relevant degree or diploma in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
• Experience in neurological rehabilitation, preferably in community or outpatient settings
• Full, valid driving license and access to a car for business use
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
