Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients with neurological conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to specific needs
• Implement evidence-based interventions to promote recovery and functional independence
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver holistic care
• Educate patients and families about conditions and self-management strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with professional standards

Requirements

• Registered Physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
• Relevant degree in Physiotherapy
• Experience in neurological physiotherapy and community settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic healthcare environment
