Physiotherapist

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement physiotherapy treatment programs for patients with complex needs
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient flow
• Provide individualized therapy sessions and monitor patient progress
• Adjust treatment plans as necessary to reduce risk in A&E
• Educate and support patients and their families regarding the therapeutic process

Requirements

• Degree in Physiotherapy
• Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
• Experience working with frail and acutely ill patients, preferably in a hospital setting
• Strong understanding of complex patient needs and acute care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
