Physiotherapist

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients with complex medical needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans to support rehabilitation and recovery
• Implement evidence-based physiotherapy interventions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
• Provide education and support to patients and families
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with hospital policies

Requirements

• HCPC registration
• Degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy
• Experience in an acute medical ward setting
• Experience with complex medical, frailty, or oncology patients
• Strong clinical assessment and reasoning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
