Physiotherapist

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for patients with acute orthopaedic conditions
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the multidisciplinary team
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff and physiotherapy students
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing professional development
• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping in line with Trust policies and HCPC standards
• Engage with patients and families to offer education and support regarding conditions and treatment plans

Requirements

• HCPC registration is essential
• Proven experience in an acute orthopaedic setting
• Qualified as a Band 5 or Band 6 Physiotherapist with relevant experience
• Right to work in the UK
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
